CANCELLATION POLICY

Nightly Sites

Cancellation 8 days or more prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of $25.
 

Cancellation 7 days or less will result in a cancellation fee of $25 + 1 night site fee.  Cancellation must be made by 5pm MT on the day prior to scheduled arrival.
 

A No Show results in forfeiture of all fees paid.
 

No refunds after check in.
 

Monthly RV Sites

Cancelling 31 days or more prior to arrival – cancellation fee of $200.00 for each month reserved.
 

Cancelling 30 days or less prior to arrival – forfeit all fees paid.
 

If a reservation is cancelled at any time after the arrival date, there are no refunds for unused days. If guest stays < 30 days, the monthly reservation will be converted to a weekly reservation and additional fees may apply.
 

No shows will forfeit all fees paid.
 

No refunds after check in.

Pets are allowed but they must be on a leash at all times. 

Alcohol is not permitted on Golden Bell property.
